About ZINARA
The Zimbabwe National Road Administration (ZINARA) was established in 2002 under the Road Act (Chapter 13:18) as a statutory body under the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development.
Our mandate is to mobilise and administer road user fees for the construction and maintenance of Zimbabwe's road network.
